Summer Camps Are Back!
At The Village Play Place Academy, we're bring back weekly summer camps for kids ages 3-5 years! This summer, camps will run from 8:00am - Noon and include breakfast and a snack (kids will bring their lunch)! Drop off starts at 7:30am and kids must be picked up by 12:30pm. There will only be 8 spots available each week; check out our amazing summer camp themes below and register today!
*Summer camps will run from June 1st through the second week of July, ending Friday, July 17th. The last two weeks we will be turning our summer camp room into anot new PreK room for the fall!
Bluey Camp (June 1 - 5th)
This was one of our favorite camp weeks and most attended last summer! Your child will have fun with Bluey & Bingo with daily crafts, games and activities from the show like Keepy Uppy and Magix Xylophone. Kids will also create their own Bluey/Bingo headband and granny glasses (just like Janet and Rita)!
Under the Sea (June 15-19th)
Kids will journey beneath the waves through hands-on crafts, playful movement activities, and sensory experiences inspired by ocean life. From creating colorful sea creatures to enjoying themed snacks and maybe an occasional game of crab walk races or sharks + minnows...one thing for sure is your child will have so much fun under the sea!
Hawaiian Luau (June 29 - July 2nd)
Say “Aloha!” to our Hawaiian Luau Summer Camp! Campers will be immersed in island-inspired fun with hands-on crafts like creating colorful tiki masks, playful games like limbo and hula dancing, and sensory experiences that bring the beach to life. This is a new summer camp theme this year that your kids won't want to miss!
Join the Circus! (July 13-17th)
Step right up for a magical experience when you "Join the Circus!" Inspired by the wonder and excitement of the big top (with a little Greatest Showman flair), campers will become the stars of the show. From making colorful clown creations and circus props to trying out fun challenges like ring toss, don't miss out on another new & excitign summer camp theme at the Academy!
Wild Wild West (June 6-10th)
Saddle up for a rootin’-tootin’ good time! Your little cowboys and cowgirls will step into a world of adventure with activities like pony races and making DIY cowboy hats. From themed snacks to playful exploration, each day is designed to create unforgettable summer memories in a fun, safe environment. Yeehaw—this is one camp they won’t want to miss!
Art Camp (June 22-26th)
Unleash your child’s creativity at Art Camp! Each day encourages self-expression and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Whether kids are blow painting monsters or creating shaving cream painting masterpieces, at the end of the week, families are invited to a special mini art show where campers’ artwork is displayed throughout the room!
Safari Week (July 6-10th)
Get WiLd this week at the Academy! Another new summer camp theme this year, kids will journey through the jungle with hands-on crafts like creating safari animal masks and binoculars, interactive games like animal-themed challenges and scavenger hunts, and sensory play inspired by life on the savanna.
How to Enroll...
One you fill out the form below and secure your child's spot, one of our staff will reach out to you to confirm the summer camp and also provide next steps. Even if your child is not enrolled at the Academy, we will still need you to get set up with Procare (a downloadable app), upload your child's immunization records and finishing updating your Procare profile prior to attending camp. It may sound like a lot of extra steps; our staff will be available to help answer any questions you have!

What will a typical summer camp day look like?
From 8:00am to Noon, your child will start with breakfast provided by the Academy. Their morning will include indoor/outdoor play time, a mid-morning snack, time for lunch and of course lots of themed crafts & activities!
